Terms, Modifications & Termination

We reserve the right to update service terms or pricing with due notice. Either party can terminate the agreement with a 30-day written notice. Immediate termination applies in case of fraud, legal violations, or non-payment.

Disclaimer

All services are offered “as-is.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or message delivery due to third-party networks or force majeure. SS Digital Media is not responsible for data loss, system downtime, or misuse.

Intellectual Property

All software, content, and tools used or provided remain the sole property of SS Digital Media Pvt. Ltd. Clients receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the services. Copying or modifying our content without written consent is prohibited.

Confidentiality

Arbitration & Disputes

All disputes will be resolved under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The place of arbitration will be Mumbai, and the language used will be English.
